As part of my Future of Shopping class my team and I created and developed a Jacquemus flagship concept for Monte Carlo, Monaco using concept store strategy and future of retail frameworks to create a destination that blends retail with a museum style sensory experience and a café and bar. Brand and competitor analysis, plus location research, shaped the positioning and customer journey, while mockups brought the concept to life. The project was finalized with an exclusive merchandise plan, a custom menu, a 360 launch strategy with activations, and a detailed budget covering buildout and annual operating costs.
