As part of the 2026 Fashion Scholarship Fund Merchandising study I developed a merchandising plan for a collaboration between Hermès and the Oetker Collection to launch La Résidence Hermès, a boutique hotel in the Paris countryside. I conducted SWOT analyses for both brands, competitor research, hospitality market analysis, and emerging consumer research to define the opportunity. I then built a curated product assortment, translated it into a merchandising strategy, and delivered a six month rollout plan.
