As part of the FSF 2026 Business Strategy project, I served as project manager for a Rimowa x Four Seasons collaboration designed to create long term value and a lasting brand footprint. I led the strategic research phase, completing PESTLE and SWOT analyses for both brands and their competitive set and synthesizing hospitality and fashion market data to identify the strongest opportunity areas. I translated the research into clear objectives connected to success KPIs, then built the execution plan through an end to end customer journey map and a phased timeline for development, launch, and growth. To bring the strategy to life, I developed differentiated collaboration concepts across experiences, services, and product, and produced a budget grounded in annual report figures and competitor benchmarks to ensure feasibility and scale.
